Converting 164 Carbs 140-160 1969

Hi all,
I'm looking to change out mt old Strombergs to SUs or Weber. What model SU or Weber should I look for? What about the manifold, any other things I need. I know a lot of people have done this to their 164, so if you could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
