When you disconnect/connect the AMM, you MUST do it with the engine off. Try it again.

What exactly was replaced in this "full tune up"?

I know what you mean about feeling responsible. I got my girlfriend into a 940T, and then a hose broke and she cooked the engine. I ended up replacing the headgasket and all coolant hoses for her. Well, she paid me for the parts, but the labor was free!

When she wants to scare me, she calls me on her cell phone and says, "my car won't start!" She is so mean.
