If you weren't so far away, I'd take it off of your hands.
Hell I might even consider coming out with a handful of parts just to get it going and drive it away for the right price.
I agree with eadlermn, sell it to a 240 nut, fix it, and THEN donate it. You've put too much work into it to get such a piddly tax write-off, and it could be someone's dream car. If you don't have the time to put work into it, let the community know (classifieds here and on ipdusa.com) and *someone* will give it the love it deserves.
