Is it a bargain?? 700 1984

I found a charity that sells donated vehicles for money to run the charity. The have a 1984 760 GLE for $250. It is in decent shape. The interior is very dirty, but OK. It has five good rims with tires. The guy says it runs. Could this be a deal?
