I suspect the ECU is faulty. Do the electrical tests at the connector to the computer according to the Bently manual.

Mine held a constanct 2500 RPM idle. The circuit board looked like it has been hit by a meteroite. No idea how it got fired, but it happened while I was trying to fix hesitation problems involving the IAC. TB. etc.
