Cold Start problem 200 1986

I have a 240GL 1986, 150,000 mile, well maintained Volvo. Problem: 2-3 restarts required on cold start. After that, vehicle runs fine. Starts fine on any warm start. Have replaced air mass meter, air slide, fuel control module, coolant temp sensor,and cleaned injectors and throttle body. Wiring harness is in excellent condition. Maintenances are up to date: timing belt, fuel filter, spark plugs, wires, cap, air filter, etc.
I live in the south so the climate is warm.
Suggestions?
