the reset wasn't the problem 700

So far I pulled the cluster and checked the board. No problems except no power to any of the idiot lights except the up shift and seatbelt indicators. I put a meter on it and I have power going to the board. The lights for the gauges work. When you start the car the tach does not move but blip the throttle and it comes on line but only to 550 RPM. And as before the water temp and clock work fine.
