Non-functioning A/C 200 1982

Hi all,

I've got a baffling A/C issue on my hands with my '82. The freon appears to be "chock-a-block" full as they say, but I can't blow cold air. Is there a relay for the A/C I can check somewhere? The fuse looks good and everything else. I'm in desperate need of some cool air.
