I just replaced the rad. in my 940 and it was pretty easy, just took some time. I didn't drain the block, just unhooked the bottom radiator hose from the radiator and let it do it's thing. Kinda messy, but it works, and is quick. I had the front elevated so when I took off the tranny lines not much trans. fluid came out at all. I think the tips in the FAQ suggest attatching a plastic baggie with rubberbands to catch it. Check those if you haven't.

All in all, it's a pretty easy replacement. Just be patient with it.
