Where is crack...in a port or in the combustion chamber?
You can try polishing out the crack..see if it's just a surface imperfection.

Then magnaflux or dye penetrant the area you polished.


But it don't look good. Was this head previously installed on your car or did you get it from somewhere to work on porting it and then swapping it on your car? If it was once installed and didn't leak I'd be a lot more sanguine about your chances of it not leaking when reinstalled.
