On this website, go to the 700-900 FAQ. Sounds to me like the Throttle Position Sensor needs to be adjusted.Navigate to tuning/troubleshooting (something like that)and it`ll tell you everything you need to know.Probably a good idea to remove and clean the throttle body and its the easiest way to adjust the TPS.
