The seatbelt is fitted on top of the wheel behind the plastic panel (replace the fake vent bits with replacement bit from Volvo), at the top behind the plastic panel behind the C pillar (get a trim piece with a fitting hole in it from Volvo) and then drill in the wheel cover. On the side with the petrol filler tube, there is another little Volvo trim piece. Give your e-mail and I'll send some digital pictures.
