Timing problem 700 1989

Thank you Matt for responding. Yes, my car is a turbo (B230ft). I may check into replacing the harmonic balancer just to rule it out. I'll probably do this at the same time as I verify that the timing belt hasn't skipped a tooth. I appreciate your advice. Thanks again.
