740 Turbo no power

Your check engine light must be on, yes?

If you have a cylinder not getting a proper fuel mix, your ecu is reading this and making on-the-fly adjustments. This adjustment may be robbing you of power. Removing the injectors isn't that bad a job, actually, and a hand cleaning might get that injector working again. You might also try getting a used injector or two at a local yard or dismantler like greanleafauto.com (B&D division....lots of used Volvo stuff).
