B20E swap 140-160

I'm probably just a fussy old sod but I think its vital to properly match manifold ports and gaskets to head ports. The B20E used two dowel pins in the side of the head to locate the inlet manifold, rather than the carb engines' steel "o rings". Unfortunately there isn't enough metal on the carb manifold to be able to drill a couple of holes in it to match the dowels. It's going to be difficult to accurately mate the carb manifold to the head without some sort of proper locating method. Might be worth contacting a machine shop for some advice?
Was the $200 quote for a full set of 8 hardened seats? If so. that's actually not a bad price for here.
Cheers
