That is indeed a good letter that covers the subject well... Especially that it addresses the fact that folks will be in the far back of the wagon anyhow...so, best to have them in a seat and belted in... Of course...my '70 wagon has no seatbelts for that rear seat, and I wouldn't put kids in there except for for short drives on slow roads with no traffic. It looks like the later ones are much better engineered, and much safer...
