carb kits 120-130 1965

My carbs don't have the little tag. I have a spare carb that does have a tag, but its been massaged smooth. Actually I haven't seen one of those tags in real life, my previous 68 122 didn't have them either.

Any clues to what they mean?

Also would anybody know KD needles be considered lean or rich? I belive they are on the rich side. My spare carb has a XD(?) needles that is much thicker.
