Greetings:

I recently performed a tune up on my 240 using my bentley book, piece of cake, easy; basically did the dealer 30K tune up minus the valve adjustment. The shop I used to patronize, (and still do sometimes on hard stuff) has told me that they never perform the valve adjustment because the B230F engines never need adjustment. This was said by a Volvo Master Tech with 14 years of working on 240's, 740, 940 etc... but not the newer cars. Anyway, my question is this:
will I run into anything different in tuning up the 940T with a B230FT engine? I am buying a Bosch tune up kit from ipdusa.com. Thanks in advance for any input, it is very much appreciated. HT
