Really depends. I'm not so sure about installing it on an N/A engine, but putting it on a turbo, you have your work cut out. Now your car will be an f##ing rocket after your finished, but you will need new pistons, possibly using the GLE pistons, but they will have to be milled to lower your compression. New intake & exhaust manifolds will be required as well. Volvo did a few turbo 16 valves over in italy and sweded, but never outside of those countrys. As far as an N/A engine goes, if you put it in, you may have to swap rear ends, because the 16 valve has some lower end torque problems. Or, just deal with the low torque. Also, you will need to recess your pistons ala the turbo motor, because GLE pistons are slightly shaved at the top i think. If you go over to www.turbobricks.org, the guys over there have archives that speak in great detail. It is a lot of work, but you would have something nice and unique in the end. Also, beware of the problems iwth the 16 valve motor. It has interference problems, can bend valves at the drop of a hat and a 16 valve lower end uses a chain driven oil pump which can cause problems too.
