visit ovlov.net richard prince has an excellent site there with pics of his b230ft 16v conversion,shure you need time and money but think what youll have at the end of it,i will soon be fitting a turbo to my brick dick prince has a recipe for 300+bhp and volvos own n/a racing 16v developed 240bhp with carbs ,if you plan on putting a 16v head on a 230k for instance it should be pretty close to the original bhp on the 234f which is 155bhp or there abouts,you will also need a device to alter the timing belt arrangement which you can buy from ovlov
