Bulb failure indicator light 700 1987

Not sure where the tail light grounds are. Look for a the black wire and follow it to ground maybe? Or the mounting bolts may ground the tail light assembly to the body. On the head lights there is a common ground block used for up to eight different grounds. I thought the FAQ's had the location but they don't.
