How to adjust timing on 88' 745 turbo?

I'm sure the factory has optimzed the timing for power. I am running my car at 14 degrees BTDC and running the middle grade of gasoline. The engine doesn't knock. The knock sensor only retards timing (when knock is detected of course). The EZK determines ignition advance based on engine inputs.
