Diesel transplant INTO a 240?

I would figure you can find a whole setup, even a whole car for cheap. No one seems to want these. There's a 760 Turbodiesel for sale at a shop near my house, for $500. For example.
I've seen some 240 diesels converted to gas- you need to change the engine, wiring harness, fuel system: tank, pumps, and fuel lines.
Other than that nothing has to change though you might want the heavy duty front springs and vented discs thatthe diesels all had.
