I'm afraid I don't know what the offset is, but...with a '71, you are limited to the wierd bolt pattern of the later Volvos...

The 15 x 6" wheels from a 240 turbo sure look nice and seem to fit well under the fenders. I'm sure there are pictures of 1800s equipped as such in the brickboard gallery pages...
