Jammed Front Window 700 1986

I have a 740 GLE and the passenger side front window goes down when you press the button on that side, but won't go up. Meanwhile, I can raise and lower the passenger side window with no problems using the controller on the driver's side. What gives?

PS Yes, the button on the drivers side that gives individual control of the windows to each door is pressed down.
