The Volvo part number for the fuse kit mentioned below is 273598. Or at least it was a couple years ago. You get two of the little blue ones, two yellow, and an assortment of the blue, red, and white ones. Useful for 240 and older. Can't remember how much the kit cost, probably too much.
I had trouble finding those little ones a while ago too, fortunately they tend not to blow often.
