My brothers has it...

and it works..but we are not sure how...

we have heard of 2 possible forms...

one of which cut cylinders to limit engine output..

the other used the abs to apply braking to the wheel to stop it spinning....

we havent investigated past planting the right foot with it on or off to check it operates...and it does!
