Whoa, easy! Just take teh single 12 mm bolt out of teh brake line bracket to slip the plate free and give teh line a bit of play. You do not want to actually separate the line and remove the strut entirely, just swing teh top out and clear from the car, THEN put the spring compresser on it and go to work.
