Lense Glue Suggestions

I use clear silicone when repairing the plastic headlight lens on the 240's. That involves a ridge to groove seam around the perimeter of the lense. I use a heat gun to soften the old putty and carefully scrape it from the groove. It also has to be held in place until it sets up. This may not be the best solution for you but it definitely is weather proof.
