105 w/o overdrive? Heck, I've seen 'em do 117...till the oil ran out anyhow.

Of course you know that the '74 is not the most desirable, but...a rust free two door with overdrive? How's the interior (or did I not read closely enough)? Were it me, I'd try to find a friend that needed a good car. One of them thats worth keeping in the "family", but not someting I'd want for myself unless I needed a car. How many miles on it? And...probably not worth buying as a parts car...not for $800, and it sounds too clean to part out anyhow. On the same token, probably not a money maker if you have to do a paint job...
