Vibrations when accelerating/deccelerating 200 1986

Yes, I do get the vibrations through the floor. I assume that the engine mounts might also be related to the engine "bucking" every once in awhile when I am idling. Basicly, the engine feels like it is sorta jumping around too much. Thanks for the tips - I'm going to check that out as soon as I can.
