Key will not turn ignition 700 1984

If you can get the key to turn one more time , get yourself a replacement lockset and never go further back than the 1st position when you shut it off ,
until you get the new one installed .

The replacement is a piece of cake to install .
The only thing is to get the old one out , it must be in the 1st position .
I waited too long and they had to grind mine out with a die cast cutter .
Even then if you cut a fraction of an inch too far you screw up your ignition system .
