I'm not much of a locksmith (but lock PICKING is another story...hehe) however I would say that you could get a lock and IF you can get the tumblers out of it, then you would have it made. Unfortunately you would have a lock that worked for anything that fit into it. But potential thieves would never know that, looking only at the car. That might get around the problem.
