83 warm temp? water pump?

Did you put in a 92C thermostat? It's the best, even for our climate.

The overflow tank seldom blows out water. In fact, that's a symptom of other problems. When you pull in home and shut down, then go open the cap. There should be a release of pressure.

The system runs around 12psi, enough to raise the boiling temperature to around 260F, I think.

What you describe sounds to me to be not a big deal.

Good Luck,

Bob
