VERY STRANGE PROBLEM '86 765T 700

Since it stops after you shut off the car and restart it. I would start at the main fuel pump. You may have a fuel starvation situation. The pump may be starting to die. Flow rate may be dropping. Is it running noisey or buzzing loudly? Does it stop buzzing after you restart it? Hope this gives you a starting point?
