I'd pay $4000 for it if indeed it is in the shape you say. Mechanically strong, with a few minor maintenance items coming up. Make sure you check the front and rear engine seals for small dribbles. Chances are the trip meter doesn't work, and the plastic radiator may be seaping on the sides. No big thing, just trouble areas I have found with my 90 and 93 240's. If you do the work your self you can knock out the H2o pump and T-belt plus at the same time do the front seals. All in a day for around a $100.
