ebaymotors.com. You can find some great deals on there. The prices area almost always below what you would pay on a site like autotrader.com. Here's one that almost meets your specifications except it's a '93 and has a roof rack. I've personally never bought a car off eBay but I know there are many people that have successfully done so and are very pleased with it. Anyways, good luck with finding a car!
