Electrical Problem Fuse Number 9 keep Blowing 700 1987

Thanks gents,

Ron, I'm not sure I understand your advice. On the back of the fuse (underneath there are 4 terminals marked 1,2,3 and 4.Should I add 2 wires to 2 of the terminals for a 10W light bulb? if so which 2 and in any case wouldn't the bulb blow as soon as I turn the ignition to position 2.

Do you think it could be the ignition switch? After all, I have carefully (well visually) checked all the blue green wires carefully at each end making sure none are loose or touching the body and at the same time disconnected all the circuits and the fuse still blows.

Oh and another test I did but can't understand it. I took out the relay marked 'J', disconnected all circuits and then turned the ignition switch to pos 2 I noticed that when the fuse blew ther was a little spark in the 'J' terminal. I checked all the connection beneath the relay. I'm sorry, but I am at my wits end. Regards.
