Volvo's are great!

I have a 1988 244 b239f version. I love it, it is smooth quiet and solid (like many volvos), but of course i bought mine from the original owner who took very good care of it. garaged 90% of the time in Minnesota, lots of salt here, but you could hardly tell it with this one.

Some things i can say to watch out for over the next 30K is the temperature comp board may fail causing the temp gauge to look like it is dead.
(there is a way to jump the circut with a wire and solder iron)
my blower motor is going now at 154K and the in-tank pump seems to be telling me it is leaving town. but i consider those things to be minor threats. oh and i do need to repair the seat heaters too.

Enjoy yours, I know I am!
