Yeah, I read your last thread.
It's got to be in the pumps or pump fuse/relay.
Seriously, don't take this as an offense. Check both pump fuses first....pull them out and have a good look. I only mention this because I had it happen to me. The in-tank pump fuse corroded and cracked at one end. The result was intermittent pump operation that had me running in circles for a day and a half.
That checks out ok, next.
You said you have power to the main pump so the relay is probably fine. Check the operation of the in-tank pump. Remove the gas cap and have someone turn the engine over. You should hear a humm from the tank....if not the in-tank pump is bad or not getting juice.
If you hear a smooth humm from the tank pump listen to the main pump operation. Would you call it smooth or rough. If rough the pump could be bad or the in tank hose can be leaking keeping the in-tank pump from supplying the main pump adequately.
