They're actually a $35 fuel pump relay, but of course soldering them fixes most of them for free.
I've soldered 2 in the last week, one in my friend's 88 and my own (original) in the 91 I just picked up. Go figure- it drove home 70 miles to die in my own driveway.

And totally, totally agree on the 951/561 swap. The 89 computer is a POS.
