Are heater control valves in 960's prone to failure?

Not sure what you mean by heater control valves, but in my '95 960, the bellows actuators that control the flow of air inside the heater have been a problem. There are 4 of them and they are not easy to replace. In at least 2 of mine, the rubber diaphragm cracked and started leaking. For details on replacement, get in touch.
