Wiper motor sounds like machine gun!!!!

I know on some 240s I've seen where the glue, that attaches the magnets inside of the main motor housing, will deteriorate and fail allowing a magnet to move into a postion where it comes in contact with moving parts. In that case the simple solution to that is to just reglue the magnets back into postion.
