What can I expect to pay to have an engine put in?

I am considering a replacement engine (newer 93-94, 940 engine) for a 92 740. If I do most of the simple prep work, remove the belts, radiator, etc. How many hours/ie cost does it take to remove the old engine (what do they do with it) and put in the other one and wire it up? I'd also like to put in new seals (front and rear) new t-belt/tensioner, motor mounts. Is there anything else that should get replaced while the engine is out?
