Volt guage in the RED, High side!!

check it with a digital hand meter, if it is really higher then normal it is most likely a problem with the voltage regulator in the alternator, not the battery.

the volvo voltmeter gauges are notoriously known for being inaccurate, the only function is to give reference. they still look cool though!
