1979 264 engine suggestions

Yeah.. except valve noise in a PRV V6 tends to imply that the cams have had it. So replace the cams... yeah.. except that you haven't solved the actual problem of:

a.) the B27 (and I suppose to a somewhat lesser extent the B28) has soft cams
b.) the B27 and B28 have small oil passages in the head that clog up easily
c.) the B27, B28, and B280 are extremely complex engines
