The '86 240 (and no other 240 that I know of) uses a radio suppression relay.

Nowhere on your list did I see the famous 25-amp fuse or the infamous fuel pump relay.

Check the fuse for corrosion -- it's underhood, clipped to the same metal strut as the hi-lo relay.

Resolder your fuel pump relay. $0, 15 minutes, no risk, clean 'n easy work.

If neither of these help, then you're out $0 and you've preempted a guaranteed future problem or two.

Resolder your OD relay, too, although it has nothing to do with your problem du jour.
