Assuming you want a "standard" relatively cheap tire (kind that comes on non-sporty models) (these are called an "all-season touring" tire), some highly rated ones are:

Michelin X-One
Michelin Symmetry
Goodyear Aquatred 3
BF Goodrich Touring T/A
Yokohama AVID Touring

For a step up to a "performance" or "high-performance" tire, there are many.
Some are:

Dunlop SP Sport A2
Yokohama YK420 (only at Discount Tire) good compromise tire
Michelin MVX4-Plus
Goodyear LS
Yokohama AVS DB
