I just made it so that the 4.+ Netscapes will not have any style (CSS). This is exactly the same as setting your prefs to simplify. Basically Netscape 4. users can only use the simplify style setting now. Netscape 4.+ have a very poor implementation of CSS which causes this problem.

I went as far as removing it for all Netscape 4.+ because I don't want the problem to creep up on me again like it did here.
