By the way, Jarrod, the problem still persists on my PC (NT 4.0, NS 4.8) but NOT on my Macintrash. (OS 9, NS 4.79).

The problem only occurs on the main menu page, both for RWD and AWD/FWD.

But when viewing a message page, the links work fine.

To me, the cursor switches to the little "hand"( with the raised finger) over a very narrow region, perhaps a pixel or two high. With IE or Opera, however, the hand appears over the full height of the linked text.
